Welcome to Luccy! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and related services. By accessing or using Luccy, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Luccy app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Luccy.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Luccy.
- By using the app, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- If you are accessing the app on behalf of a company or organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
3. Use of the App
a. Permitted Use
- You agree to use the app only for its intended purposes, such as pet management, lost and found features, and vet services.
- Any unauthorized or illegal use is strictly prohibited.
b. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
- Use the app for any harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
- Upload or share any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
4. Account Registration
- To use certain features of the app, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Luccy is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
5. In-App Purchases
- Some features of Luccy may require payment. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and we do not store payment information.
- By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and billing terms outlined at the time of the transaction.
6. User-Generated Content
a. Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the app, such as pet profiles or posts. By submitting content, you grant Luccy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for the purpose of providing services.
b. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you upload. Luccy reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Luccy is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luccy and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@myluccy.com.
9. Intellectual Property
- All app content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Luccy and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The app may include links to third-party websites or services. Luccy does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of these third parties.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nepal.
